New Study: What expectant mothers eat in pregnancy can shape their baby’s brain!

A new Danish study found prenatal nutrition can shape long-term cognitive development in children.

Not just that — but duration of breastfeeding also played a role in promoting healthy brain growth, regardless of the mother’s diet during pregnancy.

The study by Horner D et al., was published in PLOS Medicine in March 2025.
