👉 The Study:
This was a quality improvement initiative conducted over 4 months (January-April 2024) in the operating theatre of a tertiary care hospital.
> Involving babies at least 34 weeks’ gestation, weighing at least 1.8 kg, born via caesarean section, with good tone and breathing at birth
> The idea was to introduce skin-to-skin care within 5 minutes of birth for babies born by C-section
