Quick Summary: I believe every parent should have accessible, available and affordable (preferably free) one-to-one initial support so they can reach their own breastfeeding goals.

My biggest bugbear is the lack of initial support for breastfeeding

I don’t know about you, but initial lack of support for parents wanting to breastfeed is one of my biggest bugbears. (A bugbear is a continuing source of irritation.)

I believe every parent should have accessible, available and affordable (preferably free) one-to-one initial support so they can reach their own breastfeeding goals.

I believe this one thing could change the health of the next generation.

So, what can I do to change things?

1. I can create easy-to-understand courses and virtual events about breastfeeding.

NOTE: I’ll be announcing our next free virtual breastfeeding event soon!

2. I can write short blog-posts simply explaining the science of breastfeeding — which can be shared to other health professionals and with parents.

NOTE: Below are 6 of my recent blog-posts simply explaining recent research about BREASTFEEDING.
